An in-depth conversation to understand:

The role – skills & experience needed / training & development / succession planning etc.

Shortlist

A shortlist is submitted

A shortlist is submitted with detailed interview notes on each candidate, their skills, experience, motivations, and aspirations. It also covers salary expectations, location, reasons for leaving & reasons for interest.

Step 3

Interview

The interview and hiring process

Full support during the interview process including interview coaching and preparation.

Step 4

Outcome

Depending on the outcome of the interview one of two things will happen:


If successful:

  1. Verbal offer made to the candidate, including salary, benefits, package, etc.
  2. Support, coaching, and preparation for the candidate’s submission of their notice.
  3. On-going calls and communication during their notice period – this is the part of the process where most offers fail, and candidates don’t start.
  4. Candidate and client reviews after weeks 1, 4, 8, and 12 to ensure the successful candidate has settled in properly.

If unsuccessful:

  1. Every candidate is told if they are unsuccessful at an interview.
  2. An in-depth conversation on why the candidate was unsuccessful, including feedback and support to help them in future interviews.
