Step 1

Consultation

Our in-depth consulation for all candidates can be conducted out of hours, and covers:

Career history/skills/qualifications / what you enjoy and what you don’t enjoy / salary & earnings/benefits package.

We then focus on what you want to do, because your reason for joining a company must satisfy your reasons for leaving where you are currently working.

We discuss any role that we think you could be suitable for and go through the pros and cons, and, if you want to be submitted your details and our interview notes are submitted to the client.

We will be in regular contact with updates and if the client wants to interview you.

Step 2

Interview

If the client wants to interview you:

We will arrange a time and date, and send you an email confirmation, along with an interview preparation pack.

Have a conversation prior to the interview to discuss research, thoughts, what to expect in the interview, and answer any questions you might have.

After the interview, we will get your feedback and then speak to the client.

We will always give you feedback after the interview, regardless of the outcome.


If the interview outcome is positive, we will:

  1. After the verbal offer has been accepted, we will work with the client to get the written offer to you as soon as possible.
  2. When you are happy with the offer, we will then work with you, and support you when handing in your notice, including what to expect, and how to handle and respond to the most common responses to give you support and confidence.
  3. We are in regular contact during your notice period.
  4. We have informal reviews with you after weeks 1, 4, 8, and 12 to make sure your new role is going well, and that you have settled in well.

If the outcome of the interview isn’t what we had hoped for, we will:

  1. Have an in-depth conversation with you around the decision, the feedback, and what can be improved on for future interviews.
