Step 1
Career history/skills/qualifications / what you enjoy and what you don’t enjoy / salary & earnings/benefits package.
We then focus on what you want to do, because your reason for joining a company must satisfy your reasons for leaving where you are currently working.
We discuss any role that we think you could be suitable for and go through the pros and cons, and, if you want to be submitted your details and our interview notes are submitted to the client.
We will be in regular contact with updates and if the client wants to interview you.
Step 2
We will arrange a time and date, and send you an email confirmation, along with an interview preparation pack.
Have a conversation prior to the interview to discuss research, thoughts, what to expect in the interview, and answer any questions you might have.
After the interview, we will get your feedback and then speak to the client.
We will always give you feedback after the interview, regardless of the outcome.
